Design of PCSC’s corporate website. This is the 4th major version of PCSC’s website since 2003, previous versions were all hand-coded using html, javascript and .ASP. For 2011 we have decided to use the WordPress engine along with some hand-coded PHP, allowing for a complete content management solution (CMS). The back-end CMS has been customized to meet the demands of PCSC’s customer service features, such as User Registration, Password Protected Content Downloads, Live Chat and Support Tickets. Utilizing marketing tools such as those offered by LeadFormix, we’ve been able to automate email campaigns and dynamically track visitor’s use. PCSC’s site has climbed in the search engines and currently holds a Google PageRank of 5/10, up from a previous 3/10 and 0/10. PCSCsecurity.com
